Kate also arranged a weekly walk on a Wednesday at Linda Vista Gardens which has been an amazing opportunity to meet other mums and talk to Kate if you have any niggling questions. This was a massive lifeline for us especially in the early days when you just need someone to talk to and trying to feel comfortable being out with baby - thank you so much."
"We began joining Kate on the Wednesday Walks before my wife joined the mindfulness and movement course, even through lockdowns Kate was an amazing support. Our little girl then attended massage and yoga and still at almost 2 years old loves to do the yoga swing.

"I did the PEP antenatal course, baby massage and midwife walks. Kate is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and supportive. The antenatal class prepared me well for the end of pregnancy and labour. It was lovely to have such a small and personalised session. I’ve been doing the walks since my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and have found such a great and supportive community of wonderful mums!
