Birth Preparation Courses

We run a 4 week antenatal course for first time parents. This course gives you unbiased, honest information about labour, childbirth and parenting.

We are trained to provide expert guidance and assistance to mothers who may be experiencing challenges with breastfeeding.

We offer appointments in the comfort of your own home, or via zoom if you prefer, to discuss any aspects of pregnancy or birth planning.

Our 5 week course gives you the opportunity to learn the principles of baby massage in a relaxed and sociable environment.

Yoga for your baby. A unique opportunity to bond and have fun with your baby in a relaxed baby led class.

For expecting Mums, new Mums and babies. Come and join our PEP community every Wednesday.s of pregnancy or birth planning.
