The PEP Antenatal Course

Service Description

The PEP Antenatal Course is built around honest, unbiased, evidence based antenatal education. This course is designed specifically for first time mums-to-be and partners. We want you to feel empowered during your pregnancy with personalised and practical information regarding labour and childbirth. There will be some elements of hypnobirthing and an overall positive approach to pregnancy. We believe being well informed will help will help reduce anxiety or fear related issues and enable you to have a positive experience in your pregnancy. The course costs £200 per couple for 4 classes and is held at Llanfoist Village Hall. Suitable from approx 24 weeks.
